SEN
During my teaching experience so far I have had the opportunity to teach many SEN students, in a one on one environment or as a group.Working with these students is both a privilege and a learning experience. It has strengthened my understanding of inclusion, patience and empathy in education. Each child brings unique strengths and perspectives, and it is rewarding to support their learning, confidence and personal growth in a meaningful and supportive environment.

Aim
To explore texture, movement and form by creating a cardboard and felt puppet, while exploring the theme “Talking Heads”
Learning Intentions

Make a texture board using a glue gun to build the skill of working with a glue gun

Cut out the templates by following the broken line, preparing for construction

Understand that shapes can turn into form to help in their construction process

To know how Muppets use textures like fuzzy and soft, so we can describe what they look like and name their features
